KASTRATI TECH is founded and run by Liridon Kastrati, a computer scientist (M.Sc.) with more than ten years of experience designing, building and operating AI systems. We work where AI meets real data, established systems and regulation: in manufacturing, logistics, medical technology and public administration.

As-is analysis with more than ten use cases, an AI strategy for management and the build-up of the data and agent platform. Two AI agents with RAG and a knowledge graph over manuals and incident reports run in production: for around 100 users, research time fell from hours to minutes. The EU AI Act and GDPR were part of the design from the start.
Automatic recognition and processing of documents between the e-mail inbox and ERP: the check per case fell from 1–2 hours to about 5 minutes. Plus a two-week material forecast at about 90 % accuracy and maintenance models on device data.
A data pipeline that fuses signals from several sources and detects anomalies in real time, predictive-maintenance models for manufacturing assets on time-series data, and training in AI and software engineering.
A production OCR model that reads structured data from shipping documents and images and hands it to the ERP via an API – with data minimisation, retention periods and access control. Manual document handling ended for more than 50 staff.
