AI Readiness Check
Management, strategy, data and the EU AI Act – a solid AI roadmap in two days.
Many companies know that AI matters but not where to start. In the readiness check we work out with your management and departments where AI brings measurable value, which data is ready for it and what the EU AI Act requires of you. You receive a prioritised roadmap and a concrete proposal for the first project.
Workshop with your management: what AI delivers today, which business goals it should support, who owns it internally and what budget the first step needs.
Review of ERP, MES, SCADA/historian and document stores: which data lies unused, how good is it and how can it be accessed securely?
Collect ideas from the departments and rate them by value, feasibility and effort – with a rough business case for each use case.
AI inventory, classification of your applications by the EU AI Act risk categories, the AI literacy obligation for staff (Art. 4) and data protection questions – as a technical and organisational assessment, not legal advice.
Where language models help right away: knowledge search in your documents, draft quotations, e-mail and document automation – on-premise or in an EU cloud.
A report with a prioritised roadmap, quick wins, an outline of the target architecture and a pilot proposal with effort and fixed price.
